Hyphen Performance: March 2012
Catherine Cabeen and Company will present a new version of Hyphen, CCC’s repertory program, at Velocity Dance Center March 22-24.
Hyphen 2012 includes three world premieres, new music by Julian Martlew, Kane Mathis, and Nat Evans, text by Jay McAleer, choreography by Catherine Cabeen, danced by Karena Birk, Brenna Monroe-Cook, Ella Mahler, Sarah Lustbader, and Cabeen.

CORD Conference: February 2012
Cabeen will be presenting “Crystallizing Space,” her lecture on the research methodology and creative practice used in Into the Void, at a Congress on Research and Dance (CORD) conference in Ann Arbor MI, Feb 16-18, 2012.
Work begins on Fire!
Catherine Cabeen and Company is also starting work on Fire!, a collaborative, evening length work celebrating the life and work of New Realist sculptor, Niki de Saint Phalle, which will premiere in 2013.
