2015 began with an opportunity for Cabeen to set Bill T. Jones' work, Days Spent Out Yonder on students at Northern Illinois University. This honor was followed by a delightful opportunity for Cabeen to perform her 2012 Ready, Aim… at the Southern Humanities Council conference on "Virtues, Vices, Desires and Devices," in Athens, Georgia.
Cabeen then finished out her first year as a full time Assistant Professor at Marymount Manhattan College while at the same time creating 3 new collaborative works that were performed during the spring semester in Denton, TX, Bellingham, WA, and New York, NY. She also had the pleasure of performing her 2012 Ready, Aim… at Jack Theater in Brooklyn as a part of an interdisciplinary festival, Women's Rights = Human Rights?
The summer of 2015 began by bringing Cabeen to Kobe, Japan where she conducted a workshop on the embodiment of gender at The Fifth Asian Conference on Cultural Studies.
Cabeen is now back in New York where she is engaged in numerous new collaborative ventures.
